A Professional Accountant (SA) and founder of CoSec8, she brings over 24 years of experience in corporate governance, accounting, and business transformation.
As the former Chairperson of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), Cindy championed inclusive, capability driven growth across multiple sectors in South Africa and beyond.
Her passion lies in empowering boards and executive teams to implement frameworks that balance compliance, performance, and purpose driving long-term impact and ethical success.

Dr Buyani Zwane is a renowned leadership development strategist, educator, and transformation coach with more than 25 years of experience in business, education, and public leadership.
As CEO of Breakthrough Development (Pty) Ltd, he has collaborated with top organisations and executives to build cultures of integrity, performance, and growth.
A former Chief Executive for Group Human Resources at Sanlam, Dr Zwane also served as an Executive for FranklinCovey Southern Africa, leading leadership development initiatives across 14 countries. He is a faculty member at GIBS (Gordon Institute of Business Science), where he lectures on strategy, leadership, and personal mastery.
